Tree Removal
Luis and his crew are great. They responded promptly and did the jobs (tree removal last summer after the tornado and more today) on time and at a reasonable cost. They left our property in great condition both times ensuring all debris was removed. Highly recommend!

They did a good job with removing the trees in our backyard. Were on time and finished the job quickly. Cleaned up the backyard and driveway from the trees debris. The only the drawback was that they did not send a receipt for the work as I asked.

The good news is they did a great job cutting down the trees and yard cleanup. The bad news is they promised to return in a few days to grind the stumps and it's over 3 weeks and I haven't seen or heard from them. Called (msg) and asked for a receipt for work done since it didn't seem like they were likely to return. No return call. So work good, communication / organization poor.

LBM did not finish the job. Will not respond to phone calls. Send him a letter of demand. Will most likely have to take him to small claims court. Paid $6100 wiith a $100 tip.

This company contacted me within a minute of going on Home Advisor. They surveyed the work and gave me an estimate the same evening. The work was done the next day, and they called me to report the work done. They were very very professional and since I don t live in the area, I was grateful for their expediency and keeping me apprised of the situation.
