Len was on time, pleasant to work with, honest and did an excellent job. I would recomend him to anyone who needs any kind of concrete work. In fact I recomended him to my son for his foundation work.

I was out of town leaving my wife to deal with the contractor, he started when he said he would and finished in 2 days. My wife requested a couple small items of extra work and stated we would pay extra but the work was done with no additional cost. I have over 30 years in heavy construction and from the progress pictures my wife sent me I felt they performed professionally with a high quality product. When I returned home my opinion was confirmed. My wife said she was treated respectfully and had no issues at all.

we are not done yet with him .. But the foundation was a thing of beauty Lyn is professional and doesnt waste time. Price wise he is far better than all the other contractors we contacted so good at first we were leary lol .. We have much more to do and Lyn will be our first choice , I highly recommend him. I am extremely pleased with the company's work. The existing driveway, sidewalk, and front steps were replaced. Mr. Burt and his employees were very professional. Mr. Burt completed the work exactly as requested, and modified the plans without hesitation at my request when I changed my mind. He did not shortchange me in any way by substituting inferior materials. His price was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the work. I will definitely refer this company to my friends.

The Burt & Sons company did an outstanding job for us. They came up with a rock wall pattern that was way beyond my expectations. My 5 star rating for them was well deserved I am planing of employing them again for another project

We were living down at Travis AFB, CA and moving back into our house in Spokane Valley, WA we had rented out the last three years. We needed a concrete pad laid for our travel trailer to park it next to our garage in Spokane Valley. I called Len and set everything up over the phone. He completed the job on time and for the original quote I was given. I paid half up front and half upon completion. When we arrived to Spokane Valley we were pleased to see the results!

Slow to complete project. Although the quality of the work was acceptable, the timliness and communication was poor. At the end of the project, materials were and construction debris were left behind in an unsightly manner.
