LC GRANITE LLC, IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, I WILL EXPLAIN MY STORY, In the month of July, 2020, went to Home ADVISOR website, whom I trust, to get a referral for granite countertops for my (2) bathrooms, the company I chose was LC Granite, the job was completed on July 30, 2020. THEN COMES THE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! SEPTEMBER 18,2020, CARLOS AND LACHI, WHO ARE THE OWNERS AND INSTALLERS, CAME TO MY HOME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND PROVIDE A QUOTE FOR MY KITCHEN. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THERE WOULD BE ISSUES, WHEN THEIR CONSTANT COMMENT WAS THAT MY KITCHEN WAS FULL OF ANGLES AND CURVED WALLS. **I ADVISED THAT IF NOT FAMILIAR OR EXPERIENCED WITH ANGLES, TO LET ME KNOW, AND I CAN FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY, THEY RESPONDED NO NEED. Saturday September 19, 2020 went to Wholesaler Inc selected, and paid for the (2) slabs that both Carlos and Lachi advised would need, but ended up not being enough. It took several weeks to be cut were (4) pieces total. On October 7,2020, Wednesday was installed, they came out at 10:30 AM, and left at 845PM, after taking photo of labor check, at my counter,to deposit quickly, since did not use zelle, advised would check work and call them. On October 8, 2020, Thursday, sent text with photos showing THEIR SHOTTY JOB, AND SET MEETING FOR FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2020. THE ISSUES FOUND: *Island where are with 3 high back chairs was shorten On all 3 sides by several inches. *The large Island piece by cook top area, was not cut curved, but squared, and did not fit, they cut hole to fit a larger BACKSPLASH to hide the error, and lathered SEALANT of 1/2 inch, LEAVING A HOLE IN THE UNDERSIDE. *Left side where fridge cabinet hutch is located begins even butting to cabinet then deviates, when gets to the wall, leaving a gap that they filled with white caulking. ***THEIR EXPLANATION IS THAT MY CABINET MOVED****, THEN WHY DID IT NOT MOVE WITH PRIOR GRANITE? *The DECORATIVE BACKSPLASH they used very thick and the distance of these pieces leaves large gaps where meets wall, and heavy sealant used. My original countertop: (Butterfly Cream) * It had no holes underneath it. * The BACKSPLASH butted to the wall, had fine line of clear sealant, that would only notice if we're up close, it was seamless. *The Left piece butted to the cabinet hutch. At this point, no longer trust this company.
