We have searched for a solution to our bath tub issue for 6 months. Everything to date was $18-30,000 to resolve it. LCH suggested two alternatives for $2000 which gave us exactly what we wanted and needed, and the level of customer service and care was exceptional. Lawrence did an amazing job repairing a 1”diameter hole in the bottom of our jacuzzi bath tub. He explained how he would repair it and assured me it would look good. In the end it was better than good…it was fantastic. I could not even see where the hole was and the finish and color was perfection. I would highly recommend him.

I’m a very picky person to work for I expect perfection and I made this very clear to Lawrence from the very beginning, but I doubt it he or anybody else could fix that shower today for the first time it was outstanding. I couldn’t believe that he had taken that cracked shower pan and converted it into something beautiful. I am so pleased and so surprised that somebody finally delivered on what I wanted and it’s the first time in many many years that somebody has I would not hesitate to recommend Lawrence to ANYBODY who has a severe shower problem because this man can do the job he spent many hours grinding, cracking open old old cracks to fill it correctly. He even went as far is to fixing the tile that was falling off the wall without me even asking him to he well exceeded my expectations and he he is a top man for any job that you have. Great bathtub modification changing a tub into a walkin shower. Lawrence did an excelent job with cleanup included. Highly recommend him. Cost was just a fraction of the cost of a complete shower remoldel.

Ran into a couple obstacles and was able to get the repairs made and the tub looks great!

I had a large 1989 jetted tub with cracking on the bottom that I wanted refinished from cream to white. Lawrence/LCH Refinishing was everything I wanted in a contractor. His website was clear and listed his phone number and email address. He promptly returned my email with a written quote based on the pictures and the project description I sent. His pricing was in line with the 4 quotes I got from other companies. His quote was in the middle, not the highest, nor the lowest. I always think itâ s a good sign with a contractor when the person who provides the quote is the same person who actually does the work. That was true with Lawrence. I mainly picked Lawrence because he said without my pushing that he would remove the jets before refinishing. That was his preferred method, and it was exactly what I wanted. The other companies were planning on just coating over the old jets and not willing to guarantee that work. I was concerned about coating over jets. Then Iâ d never be able to repair or replace them in the future and I was worried they wouldnâ t swivel properly, and the cream color would show through. I also wanted to replace the jets myself with new white jets after the refinishing was done. I knew removing the old 1989 jets would be difficult and let him know. I was not able to do it myself. Lawrence followed through without increasing his original quote. Lawrence has a great understanding of preventing fumes as much as possible and knows how a home HVAC airflow works. He knew to identify and block off the return air vents. He sealed off the space and provided a fan and temporary plastic ductwork from the bathroom to the nearest window. It was still a little fumy the first day, but it could have been 1000% worse. I was very impressed. He also did a great job tarping off the rest of the bathroom surfaces to protect them. Overall, he was very respectful of my home and family. Lawrenceâ s communication was the best part of the process. He was always fast to respond and via the form of communication that I preferred. Quote via email, one phone call to make sure I was real, texting on the 4 days he was actually in my home. He kept me up to date with exactly what was happening and how the process worked, which was super cool. Iâ m sure that service is optional if you donâ t want to learn exactly how proper tub refinishing works HA. Finally, Lawrenceâ s finished product is fantastic. I love my â newâ tub.

Lawrence was FANTASTIC! He is very friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable! He took the time to explain our options and recommendations for the bathtub he refinished for us! Lawrence is a breath of fresh integrity, he stripped our bathtub of old peeling paint and since it looked great already he recommended not â refinishingâ it- which saved us a few hundred dollars! He did an impeccable job with the surrounding grout as well! He was able to finish the job in one afternoon and was by far the least expensive of any quotes we had.
