L.C. Irrigation and Landscape

I have just had a Sprinkler System and French Drain System installed by them. I have been contacting them by phone and email for the last three weeks - usually every other day to correct some issues I was having. To date, no one has responded to my messages or emails. This makes me believe they are only interested in doing the job and not concerned about issues after the sale or with providing good customer service. I am very disappointed with LC Irrigation.

Everything went real well. Lidio explained everything real well and volunteered to come back at any time if I needed help with anything. Only drawback were the tire ruts left in the yard. they made it somewhat difficult the first time I cut the grass (2 weeks ago). I hope they even out over the next few months. Would have liked the yard to have been "rolled" where all the marks were left. Overall a great experience and highly recommend L.C. Irrigation!

I hired L.C. Irrigation to install my system August, 2016. He showed up on time and seemed professional until I asked if he had the permit from the city of Broken Arrow. He said he had it. I asked if I could make a copy of it for my records then he said the permit was in his truck. His crew was already working on the project while I verified with the City of Broken Arrow concerning the permit. He had not applied for the $130.00 permit. I told him that I had checked with the city and they were sending an inspector out to shut the work down and that I as the homeowner could be fined. I asked him if I needed to pay for it and just hold the funds from his wages? He said no that he would get it. He was not happy with me. He said he has been doing this type of work for over 30 years and knew how to tie into the city water and that it was going to cost him up to 3 hours of extra time. however, he stopped the work and went to get the permit. Later on my Cox phone line was cut and when I told L.C. about it he asked his guys if they cut the line, they said it wasn't marked but when Cox came out they showed me where it was cut and yes it was marked. The cost to me was $75.00 to have a new phone line installed and buried. His equipment he used is very good and he explained to me how to set the timers and how to operate it answering all my questions. His crew was very hard workers. His installation was very quick and you can not tell where the lines are buried. I am pleased with that. In October L.C. Irrigation company sent me a letter informing me the importance of winterizing the system and to call to make an appointment for this service. I called his business office six times to schedule this appointment in November, with a promise of L.C. to return my call. I finally reached him on his cell phone and he said he would come the following Monday, he has yet to come not even a courtesy call. He values his workmanship as being top rated , which I agree. I needed help with storm damaged trees. They came as soon as I called and completed the work so well I decided to hire them to take care of my yard work weekly. Today was first day of yard work. I am very impressed with their work so happy to have found them. I highly recommend this company.

Entire experience was very good! Adjustments to spray patterns were made to my exact specifications and system seems to be working great! However, rain sensor has never been installed as of 9/7/16

He was very professional, job was done in a timely manner and the work was well done. Lidio gave a good tutorial of the system and answered all of my questions.

Lidio was attentive to questions relating to the sprinkler system. His tutorial on how to operate the system was informative. The only negative aspect of the job was that some of our termite bait stations were removed and not replaced. However, Lidio is rectifying this. I am impressed with his attention to service after the sale. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with all aspects of our new sprinkler system. I would highly recommend L.C. Irrigation and Landscape.

LC irrigation did a great job within our budget and they used superior equipment. They showed up promptly, set up flag to show us where the water heads were going to go. They explain the whole system and left brochures and a written estimate. They were very professional and caring. I will hire them again next year to finish the rest of the yard.

Haven't dealt with a company like this in a long time. They were reliable; the job was superb, the price was fair and we are so pleased with the finished results. I will recommend them to anyone looking to install a lawn and garden sprinkler system.
