Our plumber's name is Lee. He was very professional and worked very diligently to get our plumbing issues resolved. The problem turned out to be a difficult task and was more involved than what we initially thought. Thanks to Lee's hard work and determination, we now have our kitchen sink back in working order.

Replaced a kitchen faucet. Had to cut if off old faucet but took less that 5 minutes Contacted me almost immediately when I submitted request and arrived at agreed time Very polite and professional. Perhaps industry standard but I felt the fee was high

Lee responded quickly and was able to schedule me right away. He arrived 15 minutes early and was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem and there were no unexpected hidden charges or fees. He also was very nice to adjust my hot water heater while he was on site at no extra cost. Trustworthy and professional! I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to friends and family.
