They were efficient, and they are very hands on when doing the work. The quote we received was lower then other bids, however I was amazed at the professionalism, customer service and how fast they respond to emails, phone calls, etc. I highly recommend them. Would I hire them again? You bet I would.

Jacob was an excellent and knowledgeable electrician. He did some work around our pool. He made it very safe, by bonding all of the equipment! I would highly recommend LC Electric.

The company is very courteous and helpful. Willing to do more than asked. The owner is very nice and kind. The reason we would not hire them again is because we were disappointed with the finished project. That being said, they are electricians and not plasterers.

The workers were very polite and courteous and did a great job in a timely manner. However, Louie was supposed to hook-up a sound box for us and said he would get back to us advising which one to buy and he would come back to install it since it was already included in the total bill. We are still awaiting to hear back and it has been a week. We have left several messages.

The LC company was on time, very courteous and professional. I will hire them again for some other projects. Good people !

I recently hired LC. Lighting and Electric, Inc (owner s name Louie) to perform an electrical upgrade job in our home in Rancho Mirage, California. They came recommended by Home Advisor. In general, the quality of the job they performed, aside from some mistakes in the placement of walkway light and backyard spotlights, was OK. But, and a BIG BUT, they are very dishonest. After completion of the job, Louie handed me an invoice that included parts plus: a) 1st-hour service call at $145 b) 27 hours of his Electrician at $95 per hour c) 15 hours of his own time at $65 For a total of 43 hours in 3 days, you could do the math how much the total labor came to. To verify this, I reviewed the footage of our driveway security camera that recorded precise time of their arrival and departures for the 3 days, and added them up, guess what, they only spent 24 hours at our place. They jacked up the time by a whopping 19 hours. When I confronted and showed Louie all the video clips, he basically said this is how everyone does business in the desert and had no real explanation. I refused to pay him part of the reminder, and he walked away pissed off. Please folks, be careful doing business with these dishonest and crook people. I will post this review in all sites I can, including Home Advisor, our homeowner association neighborhood, etc. If it prevents only one person from doing business with them, it has done its JOB. And Oh by the way. I am placing a complaint with Better Business Bureau (BBB) and forwarding to them, all Video footage and documents, etc. Do not fall victim to these dishonest people. Great experience. Did what they said they'd for the price they said and it was a fair price. The electrician was very knowledgeable and I'll be hiring then for more projects.

Does excellent work. Figured out the problem then sourced the parts to make everything work. Fair pricing for the work involved. Very clean and neat.

louie and his guys were really great to work with. we had a load of small jobs and problems created before we bought our place (half-hots throughout the house that would shut off all entertainment and internet access, to name just one), plus some half-baked solutions crafted by an earlier electrical company that ditched us before fixing them, so these guys had their work cut out for them. expert work done right the first time, and a pleasure to do business with. not the cheapest, but certainly worth the money to get things done properly and efficiently. louie has the expertise and integrity i value. highly recommend.

Excellent workmanship! Courteous, knowledgeable, goes beyond as to make sure everything is wired correctly and marked clearly. Had a new panel installed and the crew worked tirelessly from start to finish. Great job guys!!

Appeared to do a good job, everything was working They charged $135 to come out, this includes 1 hour of labor. You have to pay for 2 hours an extra $95. They were here 60 minutes. An hour later the same circuit went out. I called , they came back in 30 min. They fixed the problem, it took 35 minutes. Total labor time for both trips was 1 hour and 35 minutes, less than the 2 hours that I already paid! They charged me $95 for a third hour. I refused to pay it. They also charged me $50.00 for a used breaker to replace a supposedly bad breaker. They did not replace the breaker he only moved the wires to a spare breaker. I took pictures of the panel to show the same dust /dirt pattern There was no disturbance of the dust anywhere on the panel. Anyway I didn't pay for the third hour and they removed the $50.00 for the used breaker.
