Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
The work done was a very challenging rehab of a 3rd floor walk-up condo. walls and plumbing were moved and the space was completely transformed. LC was very professional and did a fantastic job.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
They were very good at the beginning recommending an architect but once the project actually started the communication was very bad. I also asked them to do other projects around my house and after comparing their work to other people's work I would not recommend them. They were also hired to do some crown molding around my house but didnt follow through and NEVER called me back. I paid a lot of money for the roof deck and now all the wood is rotting and overall there is a lot of work that needs to be done to repair it.

The job we contract L C Painting & Construction for was a compete rehab of the second floor of our home. This included 3 bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a dressing room and a hallway. The entire process was completed in time and on budget. The crew was there when they promised and all work was done professionally and to our specification. LC Painting was very nice to deal with. They were always on time and the workers were polite and hardworking. While we are happy with the work overall there were several things we were not exactly pleased with, mainly in the finish work. There were several things we had to touch up and fix ourselves. Seems as though they rushed the last day of work.
