LC Painting

I hired LC Painting 7 years ago to paint a home I had just purchased. Moises and Cara make a great team, with Cara handling the office and the communication and Moises handling the work. The tl;dr version of this review is that LC Painting is truly amazing, perhaps the best contractor I've ever worked with, and I've used them for multiple projects ever since. They really do go that extra mile for their customers and I can recommend them wholeheartedly. There are four Cs that I look for in a great contractor: Communication, Commitment, Cost, and Competence, and LC Painting meets all of them. The cost is reasonable, Moises and his team most definitely know what they are doing, the communication is exemplary, and they keep their commitments, including their commitment to do what's best for the customer. I think at this point that LC Painting has done perhaps a dozen jobs for me over the years and I've always been not just satisfied but truly impressed. You can't go wrong in hiring them

This is the third time we have hired Moises to complete various painting jobs, including interior painting, repairing and painting exterior trim, and this time painting the exterior and painting and sheetrocking parts of the interior of our home. Each time Moises' bid has been very competive and the quality of his work superb. This was biggest job yet, and Moises and his team completed it beautifully and efficiently. They communicated about progress on the job so that we were aware at all times of how things were going. They coordinated efforts with roofers, and are coming back to touch up some parts that need work after the roofing was completed. Moises quickly solved unexpected problems that arose during the job. We have recommended him to friends who also have been extremely satisfied with his work. If there were a rating above 5 stars I would choose it for LC Painting. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Moises and his crew came out and painted the exterior of our house in two days. They did a wonderful job and painted all the trim and added trim to other areas that would help make the house stand out. I was super impressed with all the assistants and how well they cleaned up as they went. I highly recommend Moises and his team, and his prices are well within other quotes we where given.

Moises and assistant smoothed the plaster on our ceiling after I took the popcorn off, and then painted it. The workmanship is tip-top. Moises even came back and touched up some spots I damaged in putting up moldings. He and his office staff are pleasant and easy and to work with. They promptly provided initial quotes after looking over the job, then quickly provided new quotes in response to requests to expand the scope of the job. I highly recommend LC Painting.

I have never worked with a contractor who was more knowledgeable or helpful than Moises. He did an excellent job and went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Moises showed up on time for our initial meeting. His quote wasn't the lowest, but I was impressed with his professionalism. He textured and painted our ceilings after another company removed the popcorn. The process of taping, smoothing, priming, texturing and painting was way more complicated than I thought it would be. However, I'm so happy with the results! We have about 1500 sq ft and all the ceilings match and look great. He left all areas clean and was very easy to work with!

We had an excellent experience with this painter (Moises). He always was here when he said he would be and went over and above to please us. Consistenly cleaned up and I appreciated no extra paint spatters. He kept us up to date with his progress and finished on time. I will hire him again when I am ready to paint the interior. He works with family members and you can tell as they do the job and work together well. I am so glad to have hired him.
