Customer service was excellent. The manager spent over an hour at our house testing our water and provided very valuable information about the process of the filtration system and the quality of our water. We’ve already noticed differences in our shower and toilets staying clean for longer. Installation was quick and easy. No issues so far.

Staff are very knowledgeable, professional....the technician that services our system ,Israel ,is wonderful, thorough and explains all of our questions. Did have some scheduling problems but Gabby from the office resolved immediately. Very satisfied!

One concern I had as the installation started was he was using Shark bite fittings , he assured me they were to code and that’s all he used , sure enough when he ran the system test we found a leak and he had to redo the fittings not a very confident feeling!
