Everyone was FANTASTIC! Gabby at the office, Robert who came to our home to discuss their water system was very nice, informative and professional, and gave us best price. Israel who installed our water system was friendly, very courteous, professional, and informative. Now I am excited to try our Puronics water system. I would look no further than this company all around my experience was exceptional.

Staff are very knowledgeable, professional....the technician that services our system ,Israel ,is wonderful, thorough and explains all of our questions. Did have some scheduling problems but Gabby from the office resolved immediately. Very satisfied!

One concern I had as the installation started was he was using Shark bite fittings , he assured me they were to code and that’s all he used , sure enough when he ran the system test we found a leak and he had to redo the fittings not a very confident feeling!
