Lou turned around a very competitive quote using well-known brands and educated us along the way. His crew was on-time, courteous and got the condenser/handler replacement done in the estimated amount of time. Would definitely use them again!

Haven't got a bill yet so I can't do Value for $. Kelroy the technician was extremely courteous, knowledgable, and polite. Worked quickly to diagnose the problem, fixed it and were on their way. Did not try to upsell me.

Lou is great, straight forward, made logical recommendations to replace an entire HEVAC heat pump system and was responsive. His crew was also great and worked with our flexible needs (remodel job with 7 different sub-contractors). His price wasn't the cheapest, but Schede is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend them.

Lou and his team did a great job with the project, and did it for a reasonable price. Mike, the actual plumber on the ground, communicated well and did quality work. Minor problematic conversations with the office personnel, but Lou responded appropriately. Communication reference advance planning for next activity on the job could be better, but that wasn’t a showstopper. Overall, great job.
