LD General Construction, LLC

Meticulous work. End project is amazing!

LD Construction does quality work. The finished product is absolutely beautiful.

From day one the communication and service is awesome. Working together in design, material, time line, etc helped so much in knowing I was in good hands and having me know that my desires and concerns were also theirs. Many other contractors were steering me in just higher cost of things I didnâ t need to have done. For example, I was thinking of demo my wooden wore down gazebo and Arnold suggested to save cost and try painting them as they were still very stable and not as bad as I thought. Saving me thousands as he was right. Then I was thinking of doing a channel in the concrete on top patio to drain water and Gino and Sam suggested a gutter would be fine, painted and run it on the side. Again saving me much useless work. They were also correct. In other words, they took so much time away of their day to discuss other ideas of work that they werenâ t even going to do. Really are detailed oriented and put so much care and precision in their work as if they were doing it for their own home. I was thinking of moving but now they made my dream come true and have a million dollar paradise in my backyard. Thank you and hope you enjoy my gift as a small token of my gratitude. Stay safe

Very hard-working, professional and detail-oriented. They explained everything up front, prepared us for all the steps and messes we would see before an extremely beautiful outcome. They delivered all they promised on-time. We love our new pool deck and expect to have them back next summer for more improvements.

They were very professional and were very neat as they worked.

They spent more time here than they expected I think. They did a really nice job with the cement sidewalk and 2 patios. They removed the old sidewalk and moved the porches. After the cement dried they put 1 porch back and rebuilt the other porch which is great. After the job was done they did a great job cleaning up.

They worked with me to make a plan and a budget. they worked sunrise to sunset on very cold and windy days in November. When the project was finished it looked great.

They did a beautiful job

What a pleasure dealing with LD General Construction. After Arnold s first visit the office followed up to see if I had any further questions. After two other contractors failed to call back and one not showing up at the time he chose or following up I decided to hire LD. I knew I had made the right decision. Their work on my walkway/stairs is impeccable. Everything was clean and tidy when they left. Gino, David and Sam really know their craft. I would hire them again without hesitation. Thanks LD I love walk.

Sam is very good at what he does and makes good suggestions to me. He does quality work and it is value for the money.

LD are very professional with a great deal of experience in multiple areas of construction. The guys were friendly, hardworking and accommodating. They genuinely wanted to give me the finished project that I would be happy with and they did just that. I would not hesitate to use them again.
