We talked to 5 people/companies before making our decision to hire LD Remodeling, LLC for a long list of jobs. Luis and his team were a pleasure to work with and did quality work. I will definitely hire them again for future work!

Luis came out to fix some closet shelving that was badly installed by the builders of our home. He did a great job replacing the synthetic wood, replacing the supports, and painting to ensure it looked good as new. Very happy with the work and fair pricing.

I had to replace a section of my ceiling due to a water leak. The team sectioned off the project so the dust didn't spread to the rest of the house. The work was absolute flawless perfection. You can't tell there was a repair. If I had to fund something negative to say is they work on a handshake and aren't big on written documentation. If you can live with that, hire these guys. Their response was fast, and they did great work.

I had ceiling repair work completed and they did an amazing job. I think my house was actually cleaner when they left then when they arrived. You canâ t even tell where the repaired area is. I will definitely hire them again for any drywall issues I have in the future.

Luis helped me install a new back door on my house. My main requirement was that the security sensor on the door be preserved so that they work after the door replacement. I talked to other installers but they were not willing to commit to doing that. Luis was able to fulfill this requirement. He and his crew showed up on time, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. He also picked up the door from Lowes for me which saved me some time. I was overall happy with the quality of the work. I was able to get an estimate for the work just by talking to him on the phone and texting him pictures. Luis responded promptly and was courteous. I had a good experience on this interaction and would consider using LD Remodeling again for other projects in the future.

We needed a paint job done fast and Luis didn't disappoint. He gave us a quote on the spot and the next morning he was at the house painting. It turned out so nice and clean. He even offered to pick up extra paint if needed at no extra cost. We couldn't be happier!

Luis was quick (within minutes) to call us as soon as I requested quotes. He came to job site (in person) within 24 hr., to bid the job. We scheduled him within the week and his work crew was flexible with our schedule and their work was excellent! We will definitely be using them again!

Luis and crew did an amazing job for my bathroom project including rebuilding a custom vanity, repairing drywall, base board, floor tile and painting. I shopped around with several providers but decided to go with Luis because he offered one-stop solution for all my needs with competitive pricing. The final result/workmanship can only be described as perfection and I didn't have to supervise or even lift a finger. It was great to work with Luis. He was very conscientious, spent time looking at the worksite and gave us a comprehensive quote with a reasonable price.
