Mike came by and replaced our water heater while there was still probably 5 inches of snow on the ground outside. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up after he was done. He head our new heater installed and the old one taken out in less than two hours. Very satisfied with the service we received.

Fixed a recurring problem (clogged smelly kitchen sink) by noticing the original construction did not meet code and re-plumbing it to exceed code. There was a 9ft 5inch horizontal drain pipe that sagged and kept filling up with fatty drainage. He replaced it with bigger pipe and put 4 straps to hold it from sagging (code would have been 2 straps). There was a lot of additional work done to make the whole system better: Added a clean out port, made separate piping for the 2-sink system, redesigned the whole arrangement of pipes and vent to be less cluttered in the sink base cabinet, etc. All workmanship was of the highest quality, and work areas were kept clean. I am confident it is a permanent fix and it cost less than the quote I got from another bidder who did not notice the real problem. All in all, I got an excellent outcome with a cheerful attitude at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend L.E. Browns Home Improvement.
