With such a long distance to drive, Mr. Leeâ  s team was never late to start a project in a daily basis. Also, either Mr Lee or John (who handles renovation) was always prompt in any of our calls or texts regarding the project. They were very helpful and patient with us even though we asked too many questions. For a first time home owner, this was a big big plus and we appreciated their efforts to help us understand what they were doing. For our projects, we did entire kitchen renovation and flooring. Mr Leeâ  s team came out multiple times before the start of the project to inspect the house throughly, and provided us details on what can be done and what cannot be done. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process that even a novice like me can tell his team was very dependable and trustworthy. During the renovation, Mr Leeâ  s team also found additional issues that needed to be fixed and offered to get it done in a very reasonable prices which I really appreciated. Some GCâ  s like to charge $$ with lip services but Mr Lee actually cares about his customers and needs, and will work with you to get the most value you are looking for with reasonable prices and best quality! The project took about 3 weeks, and before / after looks amazing as shown in the photo. And guess what, when the recent rainstorm hit the bay area, I ended up calling Mr Leeâ  s team again to install sump pumps and this is how trustworthy his team is in quality. Any other renovations we have, I am going with Leeâ  s Pro Builder! I HIGHLY recomment Leeâ  s Pro Builder if you are looking to do any home renovation projects! Huge shoutout to Wan K Lee, John Kim, and the crew for the fantastic job then did for my remodeling project! My project is a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodel. Like every remodeling job, this is a daunting task give to consider that there are many plans to make and lots of efforts you have to put in to ensure you have the desired outcome. Luckily I hired the right crew to work on this project, and we were able to land a satisfying end product. During the planning phase, we consulted many different contractors, and Wan's team was the one that really stood out and had the project proposal that meets our requirements and reasonable cost. Wan's team is very professional, especially John Kim, the structure engineer who always finds the right solution and never compromises quality and safety. Wan's team is very flexible and would adhere to my specific requirements for clear communication. I'm a super detail-oriented person who cares about quality, and Wan's crew would meet my expectations: - Throughout the entire project execution phase, Wan's team would report every action to my and getting my approval before taking the action. - We performed quality check at specific checkpoints and I would order them to rework if I'm not satisfied with the end results. Wan's team would gladly cooperate at all cases to make sure I'd be pleased in the end. For example, we redid the master bathroom tiles 3 times just because I'm not satisfied with the pattern we had. I also want to highly recommend John Kim, the lead engineer on Wan's crew because his expertise and high quality work. Just like any engineering project, there will be unknowns discovered during the execution, John would always provide the perfect solution and making the right trade-offs. Being an engineer myself, I really appreciate this type of working attitude. Overall, I would highly recommend Lees Pro Builder if you are looking for remodeling your home. And I would definitely hire them again for future jobs!

I hired Mr. Wan K Lee to repair my sunroom that is located in my backyard. It is a 16x30 and we've had it for over 2 decades. Mr. Wan made an appointment and was early. To summarize, before repairs: - Upon arrival, he wore a mask and had a copy of his license for me. - He spotted dry wood termite damage on the rafter. He advised me to contact an exterminator as termites can cause significant structural damage if left untreated. - He recognized that the sunroom had sunken several inches over the years as our home is on a hill. - He made recommendations for vinyl flooring and stated that it is possible that I may not be able to use the sliding door on the left side wall that was damaged. (Luckily, his team was able to repair the wall and the sliding door still works.) - Mr. Wan emailed me a step by step plan with the costs of each part of the project. The email had a lot of information but it was very neat and easy to read. To summarize, after repairs started: - Mr. Wan's team arrived every morning with masks. - Mr. Wan's team also made a smaller repair on roof that was damaged at front of home. - After the final day of the 5 day project, some quarter round mold did not properly stick due to weather conditions. However, Mr.Wan's nephew (Peter) replied to my text and stated that they will be there to assist on the Saturday after New Year's Day. - Mr.Wan made himself available to me via phone call or text at all stages of the repairs. Lastly, Peter answered all my questions and kept me updated on the project. He also consulted with the team whenever I had questions about other repairs as well. I highly recommend Lees Pro Builder for any home repairs that are needed!

Wan was great at communicating with me and putting together the estimate and logistics. The work was done by Jongcheon Kim and It took going all the way to the East Bay to find the needed supplies in this shortage but the work was great. They redid the siding on the front of our house after it was damaged this summer.

I hired Lee team to fix the damaged Rim Joist and they did the excellent job. They complete the job in less than half price as compared to other companies.

We had a great experience with Wan and Jongcheon Kim. They did a great job finishing a room outdoors for an office. They wore mask all the time and put our safety first following social distancing rules due to covid pandemic. Everything was done as planned. Great communication, great planning and right on budget. Lees Pro Builder refinished the interior of my garage and added a garage door. Work included plumbing (replaced water heater with tankless, add sink, and relocated washer/dryer), electrical (rewire/replace interior ceiling lights, electric car charger and general garage power/lights. Wan was quick to respond with a visit and a competitive quote. Plumber and Electrician were both knowledgeable. Jongcheon Kim was a diligent worker who came practically everyday until it was finished. He even came back to install my stacked washer and dryer which came 2 weeks after the job was completed. He was happy to install whatever misc. wall accessories I later decided to purchase and touched up whatever I asked. They are willing to come back after all is done and paid, even now, if I asked. I would give 6 stars for Customer Service if possible.

Wan Lee, the owner came out after Home Advisor recommended him. We needed some drywall work in our garage to prep for a solar battery install. Lee does large jobs but agreed to schedule us right away. He recognized us as both Veterans and myself 100% service connected disabled. He gave us a great quote and was out the next day. He and his nephew John did a super job! John's attention to detail and craftmen's skills exceeded our expectations and more. Wan did an install of 2 electrical outlets and also off quote closed a hole in another wall left by a less qualified contractor to make our garage look better. I found the contractor I'm going to use from now on. We are 150% satisfied!!! I recommend them without hesitation.

Very good people to work with. They take the time to review the construction steps with you and are open to feedback. Their crew works cleanly and are professional at all times. They are very efficient at what they do, and offer a great value for the quality of service they provide. They are very knowledgeable, and can handle any repairs or remodeling projects that you might have. Will definitely hire them again with any remodeling projects that I don’t feel comfortable doing myself. They SHOULD be your first choice when choosing a contractor.

We hired Wan and his brother, Jason, to repair and paint the exterior stucco of our home and install framing around all windows. It was Jason and his crew who were doing all of the work and Wan never bothered to drop by to see how the project was progressing. They did a very poor job and cut so many corners. They insisted that it was not necessary to prime any exterior surfaces, even though it was noted on the contract that they were priming and painting the house, the containers of paint they bought say to use primer, and all the industry professionals we consulted with were appalled that Wan and Jason weren't priming the house at all. Jason painted the front door our color of choice and the paint is already chipping due to lack of primer. They overcharged us for cheap styrofoam framing that wasn't even coated or installed properly. On some of the edges of the styrofoam frames, I could feel the soft material because the hardening agent was not fully applied, and that will not do well in the elements. Also, there are a couple of really long crack lines that were partially filled and leftover glue from the old house numbers that weren't cleaned up. At one point, Jason tried to tell us that we drilled new holes into our door frame because he did not patch them up before he painted it, but in reality, those holes are from an old screen door we used to have. When we communicated our frustrations to Wan, he never tried to contact us to remedy the situation, which ultimately led us to fire him. Our new contractor working to fix Wan and Jason's shoddy work was shocked that they are licensed contractors. The trust we had in Lee's Pro Builders to beautify our home was essentially broken after day 4 and I caution anyone looking for a general contractor not to do any business with them.

Lees Pro Builders repaired leaking windows and inside water damage. They did it quickly,cleaned up after their work and everything looks like new. They did this before the rains started and we haven't any new water issues. They also replaced roof tiles on fixed damage to roof mouldings. Below one window we have decorative balcony framing. They saw an issue and fixed and repainted it - No additional charge. Great guys!

The team from Lee Pro Builders did a fantastic job repairing my entry door after being damaged from a break in. The team was responsive, cleaned up after themselves in between the days they worked and when they finished and they were always very accommodating to my requests. They started and finished the project when they said they would and they were on time for our first meeting and again on the project start date. If I have other work I need done in the future I plan to call them again.

hired this company to repair a deck. Had trouble getting bid, but finally did. Accepted. After starting project, determined deck was too far gone to repair. Asked for price to remove and haul away. Accepted price. After taking all the wood, stated they would not take the piers. The piers are part of the deck. Overcharged for demolition if not taking piers. Unhappy. Communication with this builder is not very good at all. Be aware.

I started building new houses and restaurants. The restaurants is under construction in sunny valley city and The new house was built in Cupertino. I was very satisfied with the service from the survey to the architecture. In the meantime, These are the greatest help from manager in Lee's Pro Builders Inc. ( John Choi and John Kim and Russell). In my experience, construction was delayed and I had many difficulties. By the way, the house construction period was earlier than planned It was just a little late, but I was so happy to have a business in a new place. Our project was about extending our living room space ( about 500 sf) as well as upgrade 2 bathrooms. Since it is quite a big construction, I and my husband has to meet and search for the construction company for a long time. When we contacted Lees Pro Builders, they were already very busy with other on-going projects and they could not conduct the construction right away. But we were ok with that as long as the quality of work is guaranteed. Their estimate is higher about 20% than other construction companies, but we did not want to down grade the quality of work, and I did not regret it. It was a total 5 months long project with all inspections and fixer-upper, we are happy with the outcome. Mr. Park, a Sr. Project Manager, and his crew always communicated and explained to us when there were any changes and issues that they need to confirm. We plan to go with Lees Pro Builders again when we upgrade our Kitchen in the next few years.

Mr Wan Lee was very response right from the time he responded to my RFQ. He personally inspected the site to understand the work. He also supervised the work during it's execution. He has well trained staff. He and his team did an excellent quality work within the estimated time frame. I have no hesitation in rehiring Lee's Pro Builders for my future projects.

We had a broken ceiling access frame/cover and a ceiling repaint for most of the house, where some of the previous ceiling material/texture had to be taken off. Wan and his team are not cheap but they were very responsive and got the job done very fast and to a decent standard. Unexpected situations were communicated quickly, alternative solutions discussed, selected and executed quickly. Wan's people take pride in their work and went over and above to do things right. e.g. they found our ceiling corner braces missing before repainting and replaced those for us so that everything they touched was done to code. They also had to move some furniture out and put everything back again as part of the job, and we had them replace a door knob/lock since they were already there anyways.

Wan and Jason were fantastic! They were prompt, and very professional. I did 500sq.ft addition with major renovation, permit process went smoothly, and they were on schedule. Overall, experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The price was right for work and finished it in a timely manner. I highly recommend and plan to rehire them when my home needs new repairs.
