The gentlemen who arrived for the service call was Charlie Reiger who was extremely pleasant to work with. He was prompt, courteous and addressed the problems promptly and took care of everything with exceptionally high service. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend L.E. Isley & Sons as well as Charlie.

Shaun was terrific. He’s courteous, respectful of our property, efficient and most important extremely competent. I have used Isley & Sons on multiple projects over the years and have always been extremely satisfied with the workmanship. Very trustworthy and honest.

Excellent service and prices. I called and left a message requesting an estimate for a replacement 45,000 gr two piece water softener. I promptly got a call from Tammy with the requested information. She offered a next day appointment with installation if the estimate was acceptable. Drew called at 8:15 the following morning, arrived at 8:40 and gave an acceptable quote. I also added a toilet reset and all the work was completed in less than 2 hrs. No pressure sales or up sale. He actually recommended a smaller, less expensive system then the existing unit due to the size of the house. A 1 cubic foot Aqua System clack valve, on demand, water softener was installed and the toilet reset.

It went great! We’re able to schedule right away and they even worked with me when I was running a little late. Really appreciated their flexibility.

Bill Hall is awesome!!!!! We needed to replace 3 toilets in our 32 year old home. He met with us personally to advise of the types toilets available. He was willing to inquire whether it was possible to get a round and bone colored toilet. He installed all 3 toilets in a very timely and professional manner. He cleaned up after finishing his job. He also rebuilt a faucet in one of the bathrooms. He was pleasant and professional when he had to return to take care of a leak below the sink. We have NEVER used any other plumbing company than Isleys!! Family owned and operated----and it SHOWS!!!!

LE Isley was the third company that was requested to come to our home as it was discovered there were quite a few gas leaks. The first two companies' quotes were much more than we estimated. After taking a look at different sources on the internet, we decided to call LE Isley. We were very pleased with the estimate that we were given and the estimate of the repairs that were recommended.. Gabe was our technician. Not only did he arrive in a timely manner, he did a great job in replacing the gas line. I'm very happy to say that we now have heat. I've already started recommending LE Isley to my friends and would definitely call on them again for any future repairs.

Shawn and Colin showed up right on time, fixed the valves and were gone in under 30 minutes. These guys are quick, very clean and professional. Every visit is a success and the price is always right. I'll never use another plumbing company!

Isely was very responsive to my call and fitted me in for a same day appointment. Jake was very professional and explained that my ejector pump was shot and needed replacing walking me through the troubleshooting steps he took to arrive at the conclusion. They replace the pump in the same visit and the pump has been working well since.

Plumber was professional, but lacked personality and kindness - he was too direct. The work he did is satisfactory. We were charged a $25 “trip fee” even though their description on Angie’s list said they serviced Fishers - knowing they are in Westfield. Due to the trip fee we will not be using them again.
