He did a great job fixing my light fixture, toilet repair and installation and repair of a few other items. I wish he had started the repairs earlier in the day.

Was given an estimate, but when repair work started, there was more work to be done and one window ended up costing us almost as much as the whole estimate. We found someone who will do the other windows, which need more work, for half the price we were charged by LSC.

VERY DISAPPOINTED; do not pay in full until you are entirely satisfied. Gave a 5 rating previously for 1st job; a complete renovation of den. Recommended him to others. Came back on a 2nd job to renovate living room. Noticed unpainted ceiling spot (room is quite dark so missed it) and also problems came up with ceiling from 1st job. Has promised to come back several times; hasn't shown up and won't return calls. It's a shame; had other work for him to do so don't understand why he has chosen to ignore his promises to us that he would see to it that we would be 100% happy with his work.
Response from LSC Construction & Handyman Services
"First job we cut out drywall down center of ceiling to allow for wiring to be run for additional lighting. We then installed new drywall to area and swirled area to match rest of ceiling. There were several stains on other areas of ceiling, we applied multiple coats of stain blocker to these areas and painted ceiling. We can not be responsible for staining reacuring in these areas over a year later. Drywall is obviously damaged from previous or recent water damage. As for second job, the area customer is referring to is around fan mount on ceiling which was pointed out to us and was painted.Celing is angled and mount casts a shadow on ceiling"

Yesterday Barry and his crew installed a storm door to an older home. Before he could do it, the upper and lower part the door would be attached to had to be modified: wood had to be added; peeling vinyl had to be removed and aluminum wrap added. Because of this additioal work not originally anticipated, the job took additional time; however the crew stayed until the job was finished and did an excellent job. I feel so fortunate to have found this company. They do almost any type of job.
