"We?re truly sorry to hear that your experience with LG Greenscapes did not meet your expectations. We value our customers and respect their feedback, but we would like to clarify a few important details. Following the original project, our services were discontinued at your request, and the necessary ongoing maintenance was not performed. When concerns were later raised, we returned to the property on two separate occasions to address the issues related to our original work. While we were happy to take responsibility for matters within our agreed scope of work, some additional requests fell outside of that scope. Unfortunately, during one of our visits, we were asked to leave the property while our team was working, and we respectfully complied. We would like to clarify that we did not disappear or refuse to make things right. We made a genuine effort to fulfill our responsibilities, even under difficult circumstances. At LG Greenscapes, we take pride in our work and remain committed to providing honest, reliable, and professional service to every customer."
