Outstanding customer service, a little surprised by price

Installed exactly what I wanted at a terrific rate. They did not try to up sell me on equipment and work I didn’t need like some other contractors. They performed quality work and were fast. I highly recommend LGM.

They were very quick to respond to my request and were able to come the next day. They were very professional and had had upfront pricing based on the task and were very willing to answer questions I had about what the repair entailed or what the next steps would be if repair turned out to be more involved. I would definitely utilize their services again.

LGM came late, stayed less than 20 minutes and told me he had fixed the leak under my sink. i paid him a little over $100. A few hours later i called him and left message it was still leaking in the same place. Haven't heard from owner since! Don't use this company unless you have $100 to give away!!??

These guys were great! I had an odd job for them that I wanted to be done before Christmas. Just had a fireplace built for a gas insert n needed the gas line hooked up. I wanted it to be working before Christmas. They came out n gave me a reasonable estimate n said "How bout tomorrow?" They had an emergency the next day but they kept me informed. 2 days after the estimate, the flames were dancing in my fireplace! Other estimates were too high or couldn't be done til after Christmas...these guys performed a Christmas miracle. They met the regulations, were fast n were reasonably priced. Did I mention they were very personable yet professional? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to these guys!
