No permit pulled! Water heater failed inspection twice! Customer service by this company was the worst I have ever encountered. Technician was extremely lax in responding to my texts and phone calls and my tenant's move was delayed twice due to the mistakes the plumber made on this install. The inspector even went as far as saying that Steve McNallys license should be revoked.
