Oscar was very professional. I was a little thrown by the additional $300 added to the bill but there was some unexpected additional labor required..

I had an estimate on Saturday morning at 6am for three different projects. For each project I described what I wanted and for each I was then provided a quote. The final quote was for repairing a flight of bricks on an existing wall, adding a new flight to bring the wall closer to 7 feet which would match the rest of my walls, extending the wall about 8 feet, and installing a 4 foot wide gate that was not see through. At this point, I should have been informed that L and G does not install gates. I would not have hired this company to perform an incomplete job and there would be no issue had we just parted ways. I believed the price I was quoted included the gate and I removed the existing gate as part of preparing the area for construction. Oscar Cirne Jr. omitted in his estimate that he could not install the gate I was requesting and let me accept his bid on this false premise. I cannot deny that Oscar has good people skills and he seems quite intelligent, so I can only leave it to the reader to decide whether his omission was manipulative, dishonest, or incompetent. I will inevitably have to hire another contractor to complete the work. My advice to a potential customer would be to get your intended work and quote in writing, especially if you do not know how much your project should cost. I have nothing to say about the quality of the work that was done and I have cancelled my plan to accept their bid on the remaining project. I stand by everything I have written and swear this review to be a forthright and accurate portrayal of my experience.

Oscar was professional. He showed up when he said he would show up. He checked in with me the night before the project. He repaired my broken wall very nicely.

Very accommodating to specific requests regarding the project. Oscar and his crew were professional, pleasant and always committed to making sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!
