crew was supposed to arrive between 8-9am they showed up at 10:45. had one rude and sarcastic employee telling me I should have started packing weeks ago which I also hired them to pack what I didn't finish and Multiple sarcastic comments. Latter in the evening they realized they could not finish the move in the same day and said they would come back in 2 days to finish at 1pm. I was charged more to my card then I was told he was charging that first night and then when calculated by the hours the next day with kyle was overcharged by over $400. On the second move day they were to arrive at 1pm I waited for over 1 hr and no call no show.. spoke to Kyle the next day - he claimed they called me and left voice mail but when confronted he could not produce the number they called. Kyle was rude and incredibly unprofessional when I spoke to him. I agreed to let him finish the move a week later at 10am. I got a call at 9:45 that morning saying the could not come as planned because they were behind schedule but he waited until 15 minutes before he was to arrive to tell me that they "should" be available sometime in the afternoon. When I questioned his service he was rude, disrespectful, made up lies about what he claims I said and told me "lets end it here" multiple times. I did not let him finish my move as how could I trust him when he treated me as he did. he did refund me $500

Showed up on time. Rained out the first day. Came back the next morning and worked until it was done!

Professional, on time, thorough

If 10 stars was an option that would be my rating. The team at L'Goff Moving Services were very professional, on time and polite. The fact that the owner was onsite says a lot too. We had just purchased a lawn mower that day and while my husband was trying to put it together it just so happen that one of L'Goff's team members had the same mower and was able to put it together and show my husband the basics but it didn't stop there. The same guy fixed my 6yr olds bike and when my son told him he took to long he gave my son $2. The team was very hospitable. I can't wait until my next move. I would definitely use them again and I would refer this company to ALL my friends.

Kyle Goff has been wonderful help in a very difficult move. I am a senior citizen and "downsizing". This is harder than it should be because I didn't go through and get rid of a lot of things during my previous move. Plus, I have furniture that has been in my family for a long time and I don't want to get rid of any of it. Kyle not only came to my current home to give me an estimate, but he went with me to my new home and helped me figure out where things would go and he told me that they would be more than willing, once moving day came, to move things around, if need be. He is courteous, pleasant, but very businesslike and thorough. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their mover.

The moving team was tremendous. They took great care with all of our household items and followed all the instructions we gave them on what items were to be moved and where items were to go in our new home. I highly recommend them for any local move.
