Larry and Steve are detailed, courteous and skilled builders. They removed and replaced staggered siding, built a beautiful porch awning, and built a matching garage awning (eyebrow). These additions were done with good communications as the projects progressed, they left the job site cleaned up each day, and we are very pleased with the end result. I've kept several of LH Construction business cards and readily refer them to family and neighbors.

Larry and Steve were knowledgeable, professional, respectful and did a top-notch absolutely phenomenal job of designing and building our new sunroom. The project complied with all standards, specifications, matched the existing elements of our home as though it were part of the original build and was permed at a very fair price. Both are very detail oriented and personable and went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for future work.

LH Contractors. Larry and Steve were professional, respected property, and listened so they could correct problems with our deck installation. They replaced damaged flooring, and the deck door that was letting water into the house. They took extra time to seal and caulk all points of entry. I highly recommend and I will call them in the future as needed.

Does great work on sheetrock and framing (A). Painting is pretty good (B). Only okay as far as finishing details go such as the final paint touch up, bumper guards on cabinet doors, filling inset screw holes after door install(C). Friendly, honest, and easy to work with. They provide ongoing receipts for material expenses incurred. However, since I document everything I found them to be a little more laid back than I was comfortable with when it came to providing written estimates for unexpected labor costs. Overall, I would definitely hire them again.

After 3 other irresponsible "PROs". This is the one to call. They did a Fantastic Job, was on time, reliable, and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I can't say enough about LH Contracting. If you need ANYTHING around the house, CALL LH FIRST. I am just another homeowner, but I give this company an A+.

My project was a small one but Larry did a great job. Once it was done I asked if he could look at another thing I was having a problem with. Larry helped with that as well. I would recommend LH Contracting. I plan to use them again on future projects.
