Excellent service. I hired another company last year to regravel my drive and it had to be done again within a year. Lloydâ s actually took the time to delivery and pack the right amount of gravel., and they did it at a more reasonable price. I highly recommend Lloyds.

Lloyd and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning up and landscaping my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars, it would be a 10.

Project: Landscape a Front Yard After posting our project at Homeadvisor received 3 suggested pros from our area for the job. One did not get in contact with us at all, one made an appointment but never showed up. Mr. Lloyd kept the appointment for the review of our project made suggestions for the how-to and what plants to use. Then he send a written proposal with the cost estimate and an approximate time frame for the start and completion of the job. He personally stayed in touch with us to the day the crew showed up on site. He completed the work with his helper in the given time from start to finish. My wife and I like his personality and his performance. We would recommend Lloyds Landscaping at any time.

I wish I could give negative stars. I struggled with writing this review for about a year and a half, because I wanted it to come across as informative instead of straight anger. I never write reviews. I honestly do not know how he has any positive ones. We hired Lloyd and his team to build stairs and a patio in our backyard. It was kind of complex job on a steep hill, but Lloyd reassured me that he and his team could complete the work. Lloyd started the job 3.5 weeks after the agreed upon start date. However, I let this go, because I realize things come up. But, this proved to be foreshadowing into how the rest of the experience would go. Once the job started he would go for WEEKS, and I mean WEEKS without contact. He would make promises to show up on certain dates, then not show up or not answer, and then have some sort of excuse that he was **stuck in traffic** or something else came up. By this time I had already paid him thousands for the retainer for the work to be done. I began to threaten legal action if he did not give me a solid plan to complete the work and actually stick to it. The work was finally completed, however it literally looks like the work of a child 1.5 years later. The wood to build the stairs was proves to be very poor and is starting to warp and curve upwards and crack all over (not even two years old). Screws are coming out of places I did not know possible and several stairs are loose, The grout is all but gone and cracked away on the patio portion. Eventually my fiancée had to build a whole other portion of the deck so it would look somewhat appealing. When the final bill was presented Lloyd had charged me for some sort of black mahogany wood (he used pine that is in the worst shape possible) and I truly think he thought I would not notice. He then ended up (after a lot of back and forth) taking some money off the bill. I then paid him, so we could go our separate ways-- and I was so upset that I really did not begin to notice how terrible his work was until I was finally able to spend some time trying to enjoy it... but if I had known that in less than 2 years time my stairs/patio would look like it needed to be rebuilt, there is no way in gods green earth I would have paid him a dime. Shortly after he was done the deck began falling apart. This is to this date the worst experience I have ever had with home improvement, and now we have to eventually pay thousands more to tear down and rebuild the awful contraption he constructed. STAY CLEAR OF THIS MAN.

Good price and good customer srvice

Quay Park has not looked this good in several years. I can't thank Lloyd's enough. Our membership has aged and we have limited members that are able to do the kind of work the park needs with the shrubs and trees in particular. The Dillsburg Borough will once again be proud of our park as will the membership of the GFWC Dillsburg Woman's Club.

Lloyd and his crew were very efficient and professional. Lloyd was very timely in his communications and his work. We had a lot of shrubbery and 4 trees removed in preparation for construction. All debris and roots were removed and the soil was leveled. Remaining shrubbery was trimmed and made to look beautiful. Very pleased with Lloyd and his crew. Highly recommend.

We needed a repair on our patio and fall cleanup. Tim took care of the patio and did a great job. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all. Even had a couple good ideas for me. Then Lloyd s crew repaired a large place where an old pine tree had been removed - grading and reseeding there and around a septic repair. Every was done well and promptly. I recommend this service for all you need done in the yard.

They were very professional, knowledgeable .

Communication was poor majority of the time. Trash and yard waste was left in the yard. I was not asked to come out and view what they felt was completed. The wall and steps that were rebuilt had two chipped stones and gaps left at the corners. Those will easily break over time. There was also gaps left besides the walls that Im shocked were not filled in. Asked. for an old piece of concrete to be cut in half and removed to even it out of what was already removed (to clean it up) . It was cut and just left in place. Im in shock at the lack of attention to detail! Wish I could upload photos to show this job. Theres more things I found, but needless to say, Im not happy!

The project was a success

I got exactly what I asked them to do. Everything was done in a timely manner, great to work with, my yard looks neat and they aimed to please. Highly recommend Lloyd and his team. Will be using them again!

Lloyd and his team did a good job with the major landscaping overhaul that I requested. The communication of what was happening with the job could have been better on both ends, his and mine. There were also some challenges with the weather that they had to overcome. Overall, I am satisfied with the work that was performed.
