Decent job usually. Sometimes leave a feet or so wide snow patch close to the garage door.

This company invoices me through an online payment service which is efficient & convenient. I contracted them in the autumn of 2018 to plow my 130 foot driveway for the winter & they did a quality job, on time & for every appropriate snow fall & at a competitive price. This is the only service of this company that I have used, but I intend to contract them again for next winter. Paul P.

Review by Andre B. in Nashua, NH
I hired ProScapes to do a major front yard retaining wall and hardscape project this Summer. As a paying customer of this over five week project, here are the reasons why I cannot recommend ProScapes nor consider them for any additional work on my property: 1. Rocky, the business owner, was not customer friendly. When I brought preferences to his attention, he would first be defensive and push back. I would have to convince him why I, the paying customer, wants what I want. This was emotionally draining for both me and my wife. 2. ProScapes initially did not maintain a clean and safe work environment. A tree was cut down and literally tree debris was left all over my neighbor's and my property. I had to call Rocky back to clean up the mess-this was on a Friday. When he came back he cleaned my neighbor's property but not mine. When Rocky took down a granite light post, he did not remove the glass light fixture. So the fixture was crushed when it hit the ground. Rocky did not bring this to my attention and I came across broken glass left on the lawn over the weekend when I was mowing. We would allow ProScapes to use our driveway during the day uninterrupted. However, at the end of the day when we needed to use the driveway there was mud and materials left behind. I had to request that the driveway be cleaned at the end of the business day and particularly on the weekends. 3. At the end of the job there were major shortcomings in the work that ProScapes did. As an example, I was having my driveway repaved and the company I used, Tate Bros. Paving, pointed out that a important foundational block was missing on the retaining wall. This was brought to my attention because after Tate lays the asphalt there will be a gap and dirt will be exposed and allowed to flow through. I was astonished when I saw this flaw because it was so obvious and not what I would expect from a professional hardscape company. Worse yet, when I called Rocky to address the issue, he said there was no possible way this could have happened. My expectation was that he would come and take a look for himself and then provide a professional opinion. However his behavior and response aligned with my item#1 of this review. Since Rocky could not commit to coming over to look at the issue, I ended up hiring someone else to fix the problem. That individual immediately noticed the flaw when he came over and could not believe it either. There were other similar design flaws with ProScapes' work that I can write about but I think you get the idea. I've paid ten's of thousands of dollars to ProScape for work that was less than professional. I've had to spend time overlooking the work and dealing with a business owner that was not committed to customer satisfaction. After the job was done, I had an issue where ProScapes did not stand behind their warranty. In the end, I had to hire someone else to fix the flaws that ProScapes left behind.
Response by LH Pro-Scapes, LLC: This project was challenging right from the beginning. The homeowner did not inform us of the fact that there was a natural spring running through his yard, so when we hit it, it put the entire job behind schedule. As for the light posts, I completely owned up to this mistake, and provided money off of the project, even including light fixtures for the front of the house of which I caused no damage to. Replacing 4 light fixtures for one broken one. Typically with a construction space, there will be debris and dirt left from time to time on site. The customer had extremely unrealistic expectations of not allowing anything to be left on site, no material, no equipment. Customer even requested that the driveway be sprayed down with a hose at the end of each day. Proscapes spent a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour of cleanup time each day, which would never be necessary on any normal job. I spoke with Tate bros paving regarding the foundation block that was missing, and this was due to the customer lowering the grade of his driveway for that particular area. This was not told to me prior to installation, so that is why there was not a foundation block in that specific place. The customer reached out to me on a Wednesday morning, demanding I come there to address the issue. I was nowhere in the area, and requested a photograph in order to send one of my guys over. The customer told me no, so I had no opportunity to correct said problem. I have never had a customer overwatch a job such as this one. Daily hovering from the window, watching every move as if we were trying to "get away" with something. I think if you look at all of my other reviews, you will see what kind of a company I run, and how easily I get along with my customers. I did everything I could to keep this customer happy, including offering discounts when the town wasted a full day of my time, among many other things. But in the end, there was no satisfying this customer. Check my other reviews and don't dwell on this one!

Rocky is very professional and reliable. My front yard looks amazing, and I have received many compliments from my neighbors. I highly recommend Proscapes, and I will continue to hire them.
