The only challenges with scheduling relayed to the weather. There was good communication on weather-related rescheduling. The work was careful and meticulous. No complaints.

We are still in the 48 hour, "stay off it! " period. They came promptly, as scheduled, and finished within the estimated time period. Everything was cleaned up. Since the major test of work quality cannot be determined for several years, this is not a final rating. So far, there are no negatives.

Cracks were sealed and the coating provided a thicker coating than what I did previously with products from Lowes or Home Depot. I'd hire them again.

The process was explained, even about the worse areas that the seal coating would help but the packing underneath was not good. He filled the major cracks, but one was not as filled as the rest..

They were excellent. My phone calls were answered or returned within hours. The customer service was great which is IMPOSSIBLE to find nowadays. They did a great job, left no mess and at a great price. Nice smooth jet black finish. I would highly recommend and will use them again for sure.

The quality, pricing and customer service provided by L & H sealcoating (owner John Shafts) is unsurpassed based on my 40 years of experience with other seal coating companies. John and his team are impressively conscientious, quality minded and personable. The preparatory trimming and cleaning are impeccable. The hot tar crack filling machine he masterfully uses appears to be state of the art. The coal Tarde seal coding material he uses is of the highest quality leaving a smooth jet black appearance.
