This is not just for electrical work, this is also for hvac and plumbing. Unprofessional service, operators too often have an issue with putting your appointment in the schedule, but some how still send you a confirmation of said appointment. Technicians on multiple occasions do not call or show up to do the job. Horrible work etiquette, and they do not clean up after themselves. Staff is disrespectful and love to fill you with empty promises of fixing the issues they created. My personal favorite is when a supervisor says they are gonna come out to handle the issue and they too no call no show.

Lickety Split is a predatory oportunistic scam company. They lie about everything to sell units and repairs. Misrepresenting home warranties, install units that are not name brand and lie about the unit they are installing. I was promissed a Carrier and got a no name brand. Not a Carrier. An 8K change out was charged 16K plus 14K in financing charges. No permit was pulled or inspections scheduled for the electrical upgrade or the hvac itself. Total nightmare.

Company came out and charged me $13,000 to replace my ducts when my house was just built in 2024. I was scared into thinking my family was at risk when they weren?t. Horrible experience all around, techs were rude and not courteous or our home.

Lickety split?First they are way over priced and they lie about so much. When they sell the job to you they lie to you before signing the loan and lie on the application to get you the loan. Usually about the amount of your income. Half of the time the office mixes up the assignments for the technicians making them completely lost and messing up the scheduling. One of the jobs they had they half way finish it and left the piping as a tripping hazard for my kids. They always ask for reviews for the technician that just left. Half of them barely know what they are doing. They offer you a gift card for lunch for you and your family if you leave a great review but in the end they gave you a $15 gift card.i had them replace my ac unit inside and outside. Then had cast iron piping redone as well as hooking up my draining for my outside washer. I had a couple of technicians that was good and they are polite. In reality at this point they deserve zero stars

Purchased December of 2024 and purchased a HVA service plan which included 2 service visits. Had them come out in August of 2025 and I dont know if they serviced anything other than my nerves. Turned system off, called supervisor to respond to confirm that I really needed a "major" overhaul of system and quoted me an enormous amount with no clear understanding of what they were going to do. Supervisor said he would call back in a week for my decision (never did, even though I tried calling them twice). I had several other HVAC Service providers arrive and quote me almost half of their quote with a better explanation for services being provided. I have been trying to have this company complete my second owed service since December of 2025 with a visit cancelled by them after I blocked 5 hours on a Saturday. We rescheduled again for 1 to 6 and at 5:30 I called asking where are you? We will let you know 30 to 45 minutes before our arrival. It is 5:30 now?! This was for HVAC not electri

these guys are a bunch of crooks, spent 15,000 to get a plumbing problem taken care of and the problem still was not fixed Finally had to call another company and spent another $8300 to get things fixed right Don't trust them with your plumbing problems they are bad news!!!

Worst work imaginable. They completely took advantage of my elderly neighbor and when she tried to make a review, it's showing "defamation" and that her review is under review lol. So I'm here to say they took all of her money and fixed nothing.

Jacob was my service tech. He was phenomenal. Not only was he punctual, but very thorough in his review of the HVAC system. It was a delight to have a tech that not only was courteous but extremely knowledgeable. This is the type of professionalism one expects when you hear a business has great customer service. RUN THE OTHER WAY!! Find any other company!!LICKETY Split is a SCAM! Do not trust this company, customers beware, techs show up at you place to conduct work may not have all the tools required. They advertise a free service to come out and quote you thousands of dollars for something you don?t necessarily need to solve an issue and in turn after you agree to the work and several visits later the original issue is still there. They?ve been telling me my static pressure was too low on my AHU since day one and today over a week of visits later the tech that showed up to adjust the static pressure didn?t have the tools needed to perform the entirety of the job. Being a supervisor in my own field I would never send my techs out to perform a job without all the tools necessary to perform that job it?s poor leadership on another level with this company!

Michael fields came out to our house and gave us a comprehensive system diagnostic. he found all the little issues we had and answered all of my questions. he made me feel very secure and safe with his suggestions. we would Definitely use him and lickety split again!

Brayan did a fantastic job doing diagnostics on our HVAC system to make sure our system was ready to tackle the summer heat. He identified several issues for us that we were unaware of, and he and his company were able to offer the corrective services at a price I found surprisingly lower than I was anticipating due to the scope of work. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to have looking after us. Not only that, but his company was able arrive a day ahead of schedule and get the necessary services scheduled the next day for a two day project. You might say it's all getting done Lickety Split! I was very impressed and happy with the service I received.

This was a A/C unit inspection. The job was done 5 stay service.

I mad a mistake that caused me to call Lickety Split. In short we had some issues/challenges with the situation but Service Tech Mitchel weathered thru all the issues with a positive personality and desire to get the job done right. I admit I was concerned at first but my concerns were addressed 100 percent with Mitchel. In the end all is well and I appreciate Mitchel’s drive and personality. A job well done despite some challenges.
