My place was a real mess after renting out for a while I needed a full uplift and I cannot be happier with LI developers, from the original meeting to the careful planning, thorough discussion, materials selection, job was performed immaculately and on time. There was always proper communication about pricing and timing and the quality of work was impressive (and I went through a lot of large scale renovations). We bought a house that was completely destroyed and honestly didn?t know where to start. Hiring this company was the best decision we could have made. They fixed everything with so much care, professionalism, and attention to detail. You can truly see that they put love into their work. The whole process was smooth, reliable, and stress-free. We absolutely do not regret choosing them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and people you can trust!

I had some brick/stone tuck pointing work done and I’m really happy with how everything came out. Jakob, the owner, was easy to deal with from the start—straightforward, responsive, and actually took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept things clean, and paid attention to the details. You can tell they take pride in the work—the mortar lines came out clean and consistent, and everything blends in well with the existing brick. What I appreciated most was that there were no surprises. The price was fair, the timeline was on point, and the quality speaks for itself. If you need tuck pointing or masonry work, I’d definitely recommend giving Jakob a call.

We just hired LI Developers to do a kitchen and bath remodel in our home in Massapequa and we could not be happier with Jakob and his crew. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Although there were a few delays with some of the items we ordered that was really out of their control, but they did all they could to keep the job moving and make us happy. Jakob has an amazing eye for style and I would definitely recommend them.

I have had several projects completed by Jakob and his company since buying my home in 2017. From little jobs to big jobs, Jakob is the only person I will trust with my home projects. His crew is reliable and hardworking. Jakob is hands on about EVERYTHING. From material orders placed, to deliveries, to getting permits, to scheduling inspections, to coordinating his crew for different jobs….. I honestly don’t know how he keeps it all running so smoothly. He built us a BEAUTIFUL paver/deck patio a few years ago, and this year he built us a STUNNING covered porch/portico with paver walkway which matches the backyard aesthetic. My neighbors have stopped to tell me how beautiful it is and they couldn’t believe how quickly it was finished. I very much appreciate how Jakob works with me to plan and make my vision come to life. He does the job well, and doesn’t cut corners. I feel confident and secure in his work, which is why he is the only person I will call when I need something done.

There is no doubt that Jakob put his heart and soul into the job. We needed so much work done. Initially we protested about many of his ideas but eventually saw the wisdom and vision shine thru. He handled the village paperwork and permits with a sense of urgency and also some humor. His skill as a contractor is most evident in how he manages to find such talented workers and keep them constantly working.

We had a ceiling collapse. The team came the next day, put in new insulation and new dry wall. Spackled and painted. Great job. Would use again.

Jacob and his workers did a great job building me a new shed strong as a house. In addition repairing my interlocking raised patio which started to fall apart and it’s now like new.

The work that was done by Jakob and his team at LIdevelopers was excellent they did all my walkways, patio, porch and retaining walls.Jakob had very creative ideas for the job. The new look updated my Home.The workmen were very professional, courteous and respectful.I would highly recommend this team for any renovation to your home.

I recently had Jakob’s team perform some work for me and while finishing that work they noticed some issues with my roof and did a full review and recommended it be replaced. They came back 2 days later and replaced the roof and did a great job and cleaned up the area making sure there were no garbage or nails. They finished the job quickly and worked through wet weather. I appreciated that they took the time to check things that were not directly related to what they were working on and they made sure to provide me videos of the before and after. I would highly recommend Jakob and his team for any future work I may need.

I recently hired Jakob and his team to remove and replace a back door stairway. He designed a beautiful structure using pavers that matched a patio that was in existence. His team started the project the following day and completed it that day as well. I am very pleased how it turned out and Jakob was in touch the entire day. It is a beautiful structure and I can’t wait to use it. I am very happy with the results and can’t wait to set up my backyard.

I recently hired Jakob and his team to remodel 2 bathrooms and they did a wonderful job. I found them to be very professional and courteous. They made sure to protect all areas of my house especially during the demolition phase. Jakob was especially helpful in the design phase and assisted me in selecting the tiles, fixtures ect to make the bathrooms look and function wonderfully. I will be reaching out to them for future projects and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I purchased a beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house that Jakob and his team built on Long Island! We love the design of the home and Jakob was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. He was also very open to our feedback and suggestions and included blinds on all the windows, and medicine cabinets and towel bars in the guest bathrooms post-construction. Jakob didn’t cut any corners, as the home is very well insulated and includes state of the art appliances. He has also been responsive to us post-closing and we hope we can continue to maintain a friendship with him in the future. We highly recommend him and his team!

We got four estimates and Jakob was on par with pricing. He has the ability to see a project and suggest what would make it look more appealing. The concrete and pavers were beautifully done. Attention to detail was excellent. His men were all hard workers and know their craft well. They left the job site each day cleaned up and secured. I would highly recommend LI Developers.

Jakob is always on time and responsible. The crew clean and efficient. Always respectful. Jakob is reliable and pricing is honest and low. He is dedicated and cares about the project. I knew he would be great from the first time I meet him. He did a fantastic job and would recommend for everyone as he takes care of everything and makes it stress free.

The quality of his work was pure trash. He remodeled my deck and had his workers add steel below it so the bottom deck could be a place to sit even in bad weather. Turns out all it has done is trap the water and as a result pieces of steel have bent or fallen off. He also installed indoor high hats for an outdoor deck which are a fire hazard as per two contractors whom i asked to assess the work that was done. Jakub is a con artist who also tried to make me pay $3500 for a copy of a insurance certificate to show my condo board. Its a piece of paper that is commonly requested and requires emailing as a pdf. $3500? He’s a scam artist who I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Super impressed with the speed/quality of work and attention to every detail. Doing a complete gut renovation of your home isnâ t easy, but I know Iâ m in good hands with Jakob and LI Developers. My home isnâ t huge, but every inch of it is well thought out and being used properly now. Jakob made suggestions I had no idea were possible and has increased the functionality of our available space. With Jakob youâ re getting a contractor, a visionary and perfectionist all in one. He takes pride in his work and reputation, heâ ll make sure the job is done right. We had to wait a few weeks for him to get started on our job, but it was worth the wait. Our gut renovation consisted of a new roof, siding, doors, windows, floors, moldings, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, hvac, new driveway, tree removal, porch with pavers, side patio pavers and backyard patio pavers. Whatever it is you need Jakob can get it done, donâ t waste another minute and book him!
