Where do we even start? 0/5 stars. Here is my opinion and experience with loyal solar. The easy answer for anyone? Do not go with loyal solar!!! I cannot stress this enough. Do not work with Kaden. All talk and promises and nothing happens. -None of the delivery dates were met. -installation not completed but were signed off prematurely to get to their next job. (Inspectors signed off on the work with promises they would come back and finish) can?t wait to see how these hold up in court with timestamped conversations and photos of uncompleted work (someone better lose their license) -promises to come back and finish work constantly pushed back. -batteries installed in the wrong location and city will not approve. -Ugly piping on my roof and around the house because they would install where I asked them to in the first place. then the city and RMP rejected where they put them. -Wanted money upfront before the job was completed and then ghosted me. -PTO given by RMP then double charged
