???? (2 stars) ?The electrician who did the work was competent and efficient. However, my experience with Lights On Electric?s billing and follow-up was disappointing. When the nearly $3,000 invoice arrived, I asked for clarification about the charges. In response, I was given only gross figures, with no clear breakdown explaining the specific work performed or how the charges were calculated. Only seven days after issuing the invoice, Lights On sent a hostile email stating that I was late in paying and threatening to immediately add late fees. This response felt unnecessarily aggressive and inappropriate toward a customer who was simply seeking billing clarity. Because of the lack of transparency and the bullying tone of the communication, I will not do business with this company again.?

Lights on was amazing. From their knowledge, ability, punctuality, clear down to their fabulous customer service. I have, and will continue to recommend them for all your electric needs. Truly great people!

I hired them for what looked to be a simple fix. It turned out to be a lot more challenging because the builder did a poor job. Lights on figured out the correct way to rectify it and still gave me the wiring I needed.
