Linsy Painting & Decorating

What an outstanding job this team did! Mr. Linsy has a great personality and clearly knows the business. His team is professional, prompt and courteous.

My partner and I met with the owner of Linsy Painting for a quote and really liked his personality, so we hired them even though they were not the cheapest option. We thought he was going to provide good service and do a thorough job, but we are unsatisfied with the service and the quality of their work. They did some stucco patchwork but did not brush off the excess so the excess chipped off after being painted, requiring a touch-up. They did not paint the walls evenly and I can see the difference in the top and bottom half. Mr. Linsy became impatient and unprofessional, mansplaining and being condescending after I pointed out some areas needing a touch up. He also told me that he will be leaving the leftover paint so I can address them myself. Avoid Linsy Painting if you want good service and quality work.

Prompt response, good work

The up-front explanations, the clear bid, and the ongoing consultation during the project have all been excellent.

I manage a construction business, and I have spent years working with and managing subcontractors. I can be a difficult customer at times. I have nothing but the best things to say about Linsy Painting. First of all, I got a detailed job walk. I had a number of specific scope items besides your standard house painting. Mr Linsy is very knowledgeable. I received a detailed quote covering all of those items, along with a schedule of values. He communicated with me throughout the process, and his crew was extremely detail oriented. They worked hard every day. The job was finished without a single defect. Linsy Painting and Decorating is the best contractor I have worked with in a long time. It was refreshing.

Good customer service

They work very hard to make sure the customer has a quality paint job.

Norman wants to make his clients happy. Neatness however, is not a real value practiced by his employees. They come back to fix it.

It depends on what you want done! The work could have been better however, it was based on pricing and expectation. Thank you!
