My bathroom remodel by LITN was completed about a year ago. While nothing has failed, the overall quality and lack of professionalism are very disappointing and still bother me every time I use the space. There were issues in almost every area. Tiling: cracked tiles I have to live with now, no silicone caulking at corners/niche, grout not sealed, uneven lines. Plumbing: unlicensed plumber Giovanny, multiple flooding incidents, repeated trips for wrong materials, delays, and unfinished work we had to complete ourselves. Painting: poor prep, visible lines and drips, required redo. Vanity: crooked countertop (~1/2?), missing drywall behind vanity left exposed, no caulking. Glass door: installed without consultation, reducing opening. I debated leaving this review, but the issues continue to bother me, and after seeing proper workmanship elsewhere, I feel others should know what to expect.

I had lots of damaged cement fiber siding on my home and I’m so glad I found LITN. Joe took as much time as necessary to understand what my siding issue was and came up with a repair plan that included replacement of a large amount of siding and painting the whole home. The team did a great job with the repair and the paint job left my neighbors envious of the home’s high quality new look. This home looks better than it was built. I’m so thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend LITN. There is a reason they have a high rating and they deserve it.

Nick and his team helped bring my vision to life for our Staff Breakroom Remodel at our School! The attention to detail with their painting was impeccable! Shout out to Raymond…I thought I was meticulous, but he was a whole new level! ;-) The team also installed our cabinets and appliances, and helped with other small task to get the job done right and on time! They did a fantastic job of following through and leaving the worksite in good condition, showed up when needed, and gave us an incredible price, with amazing value and service! I would HIGHLY recommend, and can’t wait for the next project to call LITN on!

Was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Needed a 10 x 20 deck built in the backyard and the house repainted. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The painting was done so quick and these guys were on point. No dropped paint and perfectly done. Def would recommend to others and use for other projects.

From the start all of my interactions w Nick were very professional and timely. The work was completed on time even though there was a little hiccup w the carpet cleaners coming at the wrong time. Nick’s team worked around them and everything was ready for our move in.

I was pretty impressed with Nick and his team. During the estimate appointment Nick gave some color recommendations based on my present decor. Maybe this is the norm today but it was a first for me and he was spot on!! I love my new modern look.
