Eric was very pleasant, well dressed, professional. I felt he was honest and fair. Called him on a Friday evening explained had a pet accident on expensive shag rug and he came out the following morning. Very efficient, got it done in a timely manner. They called asap to schedule appointment. They also kept in communication up to and through appointment. They didnât sound too professional and used toilet without at least asking. Only there an hour or so, youâd think one could plan a bit better. The carpet looks nice though.
