Larry did a great job for me on my home inspection. He pointed out issues that either needed to be addressed right away or could wait and be done later. His report was extremely detailed and well organized with a solid summary and picures included. For what we needed, he was very fairly priced. His customer service is top notch and he has a good nature about him. Very good experience working with Larry Poole. He did everything he said he would do. He scheduled the inspection very quickly and communicated with my realtor. He kept me informed along the way and was very prompt with the inspection report along with supporting pictures. Larry made himself available to me for clarification after the inspection and his report. I am glad I chose Larry to do the inspection of our new home and would use him again.
