L&J Landscaping

I used Luis and this company last year and they did a wonderful job but half of my sod died over the year and they promised to get the company to cover reinstalling it and we had several dates set for them to come and do the work, along with other landscaping in my yard?but I was completely ghosted! I was flabbergasted because I sung this company?s praise to my neighbors and I?m not sure why they completely stopped communicating with me when they promised they would do the job. I?m so disappointed in this company and in Luis particularly who I really liked and had been communicating with. So unprofessional! I was dedicated, paying customer too.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I hired L&S to pour a concrete patio, install a pergola, and do a front flower bed. At first, things seemed fine?Luis showed us examples and even sent screenshots of the flowers he claimed he?d be planting. We paid the deposit and scheduled the work. That?s when the lies and delays started. We were pushed back one day? then two? then an entire week. Luis finally showed up and did the slab and flower bed, but the flowers were a bait-and-switch?NOT what was promised. They looked like random junk plants thrown in from the back of a truck. The worst part? Luis ghosted us. No call, no show, no communication. We had to chase him down through Thumbtack just to get an answer, and the only reason he responded was because we pretended to ask for another quote. He made more empty promises about returning to finish, but those dates came and went with nothing but silence. In the end, we were left with an unfinished project, money wasted, and

They redid a flower bed which was nice. They talked us into putting black granite around paving stones. They used the wrong stuff and after promising to come back for several months to fix it, they never did. We have tried to get in touch with them many times. They finally hung up on us.
