LJM was very professional in their approach, their proposal and their work. I would hire them again. The only negative is the two items they did not tell me about until after I hired them and made my down payment. They did not tell me that the concrete would need a seal coat in 28 days and that was not included in the bid. They also did not tell me that I was responsible for engaging the locate company.
