Good experience

We just had several hundred square feet of tile installed by L & J. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. As a small business owner myself, I appreciated their promptness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The job was completed sooner than expected and they left the property as clean as they found it. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again!

They're very courteous and professional. When one of their workers pulled out a wire during our kitchen backsplash project, they took responsibility and reduced their invoice. Very pleased with customer service!

I called the L&J ProTile, Inc. They answered promptly and were courteous and professional. I needed to install mother of pearl backsplash tile and the next day the company had the job done.The team did a fine and detailed work. They returned after a couple days to sand the porcelain and finish the details. Delmy have had a good communication and and the team came to perform the job at the scheduled time. L&J was pricey for scope of project of removing and replacing 7 wall tiles and cleaning tile floor grout in approximately 4' x 8' small bathroom. A couple of small places of grout were missed. However, I do recommend L&J -- courteous and professional.

THEY MANAGED TO KEEP MY HOME CLEAN! They removed old tiles without causing a fit of dust. They put down tiles our bathroom and the grout line and caulk lines are gorgeous.

I sent an email to Home Advisor around 9:00 a.m. on a Wed. By 1:00 p.m. I had an estimate and a job completion start and end date. They started bright and early on Friday and by Monday morning they were done!!! We had an issue with a 'mismatched pallet' of tile, (was not the same background color) but we did not realize there were some VERY different tile mixed in with the correct tile, we did not notice it until some had already been laid. The big box store we purchased it at, admitted it was different tile, but refused to do ANYTHING about it. T& L took up the 'bad' tile and used it as transition pieces and it looks FANTASTIC! (no one can tell but us! haha) This company is awesome to work with and if I EVER need ANY work done again, T&L will be my first call. They are fast, efficent and do absolutely BEAUTIFUL work!!!

They have done a beautiful job with two kitchen backsplashes I hired them for. I will use them again for any tile project.

Came to my rescue on a Saturday hired guy who tore my kitchen apart and decided he couldn’t finish left me with a mess, I called them on Friday night they came down on Saturday and Sunday and worked so I could get in my kitchen, very nice and professional, layed tile in kitchen and did a backsplash. Looks great cleaned up when finished,was on time, I love my tile.

They're neat, honest and very highly skilled. They come on time and put in a lot of hours until the job is done.
