<p>The contractor was delays due to rain, which I understand, but he didn't call me to say he wasn't coming. He later apologized, but I think that making a quick phone call could have saved me waiting around. Most people will understand cancelling due to rain, but keeping the customer informed should be at the top of the list.</p> <p>I am glad I was home while the work as being done. I had to remind them a couple of times of items that were to be done per my specification. The new walk looks fine as does the pad at the side. The repairs are somewhat crude.</p> <p>So, a solid 'B'.</p> <br />

Went Great! They dug out the grass, installed rebar, poured 3000 psi concrete, finished it out, re-routed a drainage pipe, and hauled off the soil and grass. Professional. Took less than a day, and they did all the things they said they would do for the agreed price. The price was good, and I was happy when they left. It looks perfect. <br />
