Unique home built approx 150 years old. A lot of prep work that was done quite nicely. Very happy with the results.

The house is an old farmhouse, about 130 years old, which had last been painted about 1995. It really needed painting, along with some boards replaced. I love the exterior stain, all the colors and materials. I am very happy with the way things turned out. There were issues, as there will be with an old house, but they were handled well. I am very happy. The house looks GREAT.

Interior Painting or Staining: 1 - 2 Rooms
I originally hired lkn painting and maintenance for painting my ceilings and cutting in the yellow near the ceiling that we could not reach since it is vaulted. I am disappointed every time I look up and see they left without finishing the job. I still see grey where he never touched the yellow paint

Drywall - Repair
Very good technical work in fixing drywall separation and severe settling cracks. Very good value for the money. Not so good customer service i.e. postponing work, dragging it out, not fully doing what he says he will and expecting you to work around his schedule, not yours.
