With over 26 years of experience in the industry, we offer only the best in quality workmanship and professional courtesy. We specialize in all phases of commercial cleaning projects as well as residential and commercial demolition and junk removal. We are committed quality work and outstanding results. Please be advised that we do charge a $50 trip fee to come give an estimate and look at the job, but this will be applied towards the cost of the job if you decide to move forward! We look forward to working with you!

Wilson took my deductible and the warranty company payment and did zero work. Ghosted me when I tried to contact him.

Update: Lawrence did return my deposit but will not work with him again. Very unprofessional and subpar work. The contractor change during the job and the pro who perform work change in the middle of contract. Did not call the customer, did no verify the job, and did not apologies. Argument with me on the street extremely unprofessional and refuse to give the money back and did not buy the material.

LK Construction was a perfect match for my project of after-remodel cleaning. Lawrence showed up (same day) with a quote, then started and finished the next day! He was efficient, professional, and eager to do anything to get my basement in top shape. He was thorough and went the extra step to move and help move furniture so as to facilitate the cleaning. His price was fair. What an enjoyable experience!

I hired this company to do clean up after a dishonest contractor had left my house in a wreck. They did an excellent job with the clean up. They were punctual and professional. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. I would highly recommend this company. I have already hired them to do a second job.
