First quote was very high, and the price came down to half of what was originally quoted.

Told me it would be $20 for him to come out, he came out and charged another $60 just to start the service. He did not help me. He had a basic machine, one that I could get at autozone for free. Was also very late

He was very professional and got everything done completely to our satisfaction.

I had an estimate from one locksmith to install a new gate lock. He left and said he would get his tools. He never returned. The owner of the company came the next day and gave me an estimate. The following day the lock was installed. It was a special order. It seemed like the owner kept promising to come at a certain time and never showed up. I had to keep calling and calling. The company can improve on keeping customers informed better. Also the installation was $599. It seemed like a lot of money for a new gate lock.

I agreed to have them install my Baldwin lock that was not functioning properly. I stated that I wanted an exact replacement so both the dead bolt and the entry hardware would match . The installer checked with his office and they told the installer he could pick it up and could be installed today. The installer was told that the lock was not available today and would have to be installed later--the original lock was all disassembled and could not be reinstalled--a real mess. I happened to have another lock at the house that the installer installed--so that I could secure our home. I asked him to not return----Loss a lot of time and will have to have some on else install the correct lock-----

Overall had a positive experience with Leo. He showed up to review the house and provide valid specific recommendations for each lock with an eye to safety, price, and aesthetic. He successfully managed to get everything rekeyed and locks changed out. My only major concern is that he did not clean up afterwards. I had several locks changed out and afterwards found the old hardware outside several of the doors and some sawdust on the floor at another.

He showed up on time. Performed the work quickly. Great job. The only issued that I had was that after he left I noticed a screw on the floor that hadn't been replace, when the job was completed.

The locksmith came within 50 minutes of my initial request so that was great. I was not made aware of the $26 service charge for him just showing up plus the $70 minimum labor fee plus parts (which were almost $300). My final bill was almost $400 to replace the lock mechanism on our front door and get two keys. The locksmith was very good and fast at working on the lock. He wasn't very friendly but that's not what I require in someone who works for me.

I spent a lot of money to replace my locks. I am not satisfied with the work. I called the person twice and made appointments and both days they did not show up or call. See if you can solve the problem before I take the next step.

I was so impressed by the professionalism, expert knowledge on installing new locks and adjusting older keys so they would work in several locks. Ori arrived on time, was very good to work with and quickly completed the job. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done.

On the written receipt I believe he added another $150 after I signed it. When complete to rekey 7 locks $390. I could have just changed to new locks on my own for that price. I would not use them again.

I was overcharged. I get it, I didn’t have much of an option since I lost my keys and had to get my house rekeyed.

Terrible service. So-called locksmith promised to complete job, yet admitted he could not in the middle of project. He changed lock that was already functioning. Reluctantly, I pause him even though his work was terrible. I could not use the lock afterwards because it did not work. The technician barely spoke English. It was a poor experience.

The technician was very friendly, professional, and so very helpful. He knew what he was doing. Great service!!

Nicest guy in the world but ask a million questions before you have him do anything. The bill was $565 to change 1 lock and install a deadbolt. Did not discuss pricing before he did the job. The lady who quoted the pricing on the phone was nice and I assumed that was going to be the ballpark price. Way off!!! The job was already done so I had to pay him. Get an estimate first once he comes to the house.

Highly recommend. Took pride in work excellent. Made appropriate suggestions which saved money. Explained what and why he was doing various tasks. Friendly and business-like. One of the best experiences with a trade person I have had!

He was unable to re-key my new lock because it wasn't compatible with the existing. However, he was very patient explaining it to me and I appreciated the information.

If I need anymore locks fixed I will certainly hire them.

Call to have a new entry lock and dead bolt installed. They arrived in under 1 hour and completed the job without any problems. Fast, Efficient, Friendly, Polite. I would recommend this company. Job was completed in about 1/2 hour.

He was very punctual, knowledgable, thorough and fast.
