Very thorough and professional. Took time to talk to me about certain areas of the house which I had concerns. His report was ready within 24 hrs.

We had the same home inspected twice. The first company ( husband wife team) were done with the property inspection ( house and pool) in about 40 + - minutes. Their report was 27 pages and basically listed things they found. IT DID NOT LIST WHAT THEY CHECKED, just what they found. Our agent inquired into what they checked, and they said everything HOWEVER everything they checked was not listed on the report (itemized). This company agreed to refund the fee and I agreed to pay for the pool inspection and I gave them a travel time fee ( which they did not request). We also paid for the pest inspection report that they arranged. I found LLB Inspection on Home Advisor.com , Lloyd came the next day and his inspection revealed four major issues the first inspection did not find. Lloyd was there for 4 + hours and his report was 82 pages for the same equivalent fee. This was worth money well spent! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LLB INSPECTION!! 5 STAR RATING
