Unfortunately I had to fire L&L General Contractor, Jose Gabriel Lagos, before the project was completed. They were hired to demo and rebuild my wood deck. Their carpenters, Jamie & William, showed up promptly and worked full 8 hour 2 days and I/2 a day Saturday. My issue was with the quality of the craftmanship. It was horrible!! This experience was a nightmare. I was left with an incomplete unsafe, unstable and poor quality deck. If there was a zero rating for quality, that's what I would give. I lost a big chunk of money and now had to hire someone else to completely tear everything that L&L erected and start over. If you don't believe me, I have lots of pictures to prove it!! They also do not have a NC General Contractors License. The judge dismissed their lawsuit. My lawyer was great! Sorry, they get a thumbs down!

Jose, Gabriel, and their crew did an excellent job remodeling a bathroom at our house. We had them back about a month later to do flooring and paint several rooms. Will have them back to do more in the future!
