I was disappointed in the customer service. Just left no communication and having to pay someone else to come out.

He's quick and efficient.

Price was right. Very courteous. On time. Happy to have my ovens working again.

L & M came out the first time and did a decent job. They were very friendly and conscientious. One of the tasks I had them do wash to connect water to the icemaker to a refrigerator and freezer in the garage. The freezer has never made ice, I called and explain the situation and they made an appointment to come back to my house. About halftime an hour after they were to arrive for the appointment they called and said they were tied up with another project and they be to my house in an hour. They never showed up. They never called. I called several times and left messages and they never returned my call. No ice, no phone calls, no good!

Very responsive. Jose, the technician was excellent. He was able to get the parts for an older dryer immediately and to have it back running the same day. He not only cleaned up, but cleaned lint inside, under and in back of the dryer. Very pleasant. We will ask for him specifically again.

Clean Job but needed extra time, so if you need it asap be sure to say that. Very kind and easy to work with.
