Kitchen Tune-Up

Terrific results! It’s like getting a new kitchen! The best part was that the whole process took less than a week. The company was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

The best company I ever worked with, for sure! My first meeting with Brian, the Design Consultant, was fantastic. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. He explained all my options, showed me pictures and answered all of my questions. When I decided what I wanted, the owner, Chris, met with me, took final measurements, explained the entire cabinet painting process, helped me pick out the hardware and the sizes for each of my different sized cabinets and narrowed down my paint colors. He also made suggestions of things I was unsure of. Chris then sent me to a jewel of a person named Alphonso, at a local tile place. I took a sample piece of the granite, that I wanted to keep in the kitchen, and the colors I was thinking about for my cabinets/walls. Alphonso worked his magic and found the most perfect backsplash tile and grout color. He even advised which color would look better on my cabinets and which would look better on my kitchen walls. Gonzalo and Jorge were sent shortly after to make it all come together! They were on time each day, were polite, worked hard and cleaned up at the end of the day. When I had questions, they answered each one of them and also guided me with decisions. Big Erik, his son (also Erik) and Mike (all electricians) expertly replaced outlets and light switches, added dimmers and under cabinet lighting and changed my face plates. They could not have been more efficient and kind. What an incredible team Kitchen Tune-Up has. I can’t recommend them enough!

Chris and team were fantastic. From our initial sales meeting through installation, everything ran smoothly, Chris was very communicative, and the workmanship was superb! I highly recommend Kitchen TuneUp, great options, pricing, service, and our new kitchen was finished in less than 1 week. We are extremely satisfied with our decision to use this company.

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. There was no sales pressure at any point; we were able to make decisions comfortably based on the available options. While the cabinet doors were being fabricated, we had plenty of time to select countertops, tile, and sink hardware. Chris was consistently available for consultation and provided thoughtful, valuable guidance throughout the process. Once work began, the installation team was punctual, respectful of our home and schedule, and completed the job professionally. After installation, the team followed up to ensure everything met expectations. They returned a few days later to address minor issues we noticed after using the kitchen for a few weeks, resolving everything promptly and thoroughly. Overall, the company was professional, timely, courteous, and respectful. Chris, in particular, stood out for his excellent communication and customer service. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen.
