The front end of the work was great. Very friendly man came to discuss everything and the work was done quickly and neatly. We had discussed future work and he offered to mow the grass for free a few times because he'd over estimated the original work. I couldn't have been happier. There were a few things I wanted corrected from the original clean up but I never saw them again. The offered mows never happened. The future work on the side yard never happened. The two brooms that were mistakenly taken with the crew were never returned. No apologies, no plans to move forward on previously discussed work. My side yard is a mud slide because I let them tear it out based on the work that was to come soon after...which never did.

I hired Terrance for tree service and they cut the tree down and there are major limbs left all over the yard, Terrance kept telling me he would get my job finished but never did, he text me Monday morning and said due to the rain will be rescheduling, I have called him and his voice mail is full, sent text messages and Terrance will not get back to me , I need to get the limbs picked up and the yard cleaned up

Do not pay them In advance for future service. Paid them for a month which they should have made it back out in two weeks and they did a decent job the first time out. Next they were a no call no show for the appointment I had to reach out to get them to show up days later and when they sent a guy he didn’t even finish my yard left the back uncut and didn't edge anything as they did the first time. And currently still waiting for them to send someone out.

I had a very unkempt lawn which sits on a crazy hill. These guys came out and didn't leave until the job was done. Not only were they professional, they were kind and cheerful. I will recommend and definitely having them back out.
