Larry , owner of LM Garage Door Service has been great. He is our " go to guy" for garage door help for our older home. We first hired LM to replace an old Door opener. He recommended a newer opener, that we had not considered. It has been great! More recently, LM replaced the rollers after one broke on January 1 (Happy New Year). LM came out the next day and replaced rollers with new ones. Not only does the door operate much more smoothly, it no longer sounds like an animal is dying when the door opens/closes. Highly recommend

Larry is very prompt and professional. When I spoke to Larry regarding my issue, he immediately knew what the problem was. He came out the very next day and was able to fix my garage that afternoon. I greatly appreciated this because with the winter storm coming; I wanted to make sure that the garage door was fixed so I could park my car inside versus it sitting outside. Thanks Larry!!!

Larry showed up shortly after we text him. Our garage door was not functioning due to the changes in our WiFi/internet service. Larry had originally installed the new garage door opener and video pad. We were so pleased at that time. Now several months later we had an issue due to our WiFi changes. It was late in the day and we were concerned that we would be without garage access? As stated earlier, he immediately responded to our text! And after only a few short minutes? The WiFi and garage door issue were resolved. He is the best!

He was on time and very helpful. Suggested to install a second spring to hep with the weight. Door works better than it ever has.

My garage door unexpectedly went crooked a couple of nights ago. I called a company to come out to fix it which left me with a very bad experience. I called Larry on New Year's Eve, and he came out that very same day. Larry stepped in and made a precise and effective evaluation of my door within seconds. He was ready to work on it right away, but I asked him if he could come back since there was still an issue with the last company. He assured me that it was an easy fix. At that point, I knew I was in good hands! Understanding the situation, he went above and beyond to fit me in his schedule. The next day, he came out and fixed my door within 20 minutes. Larry replaced an incorrectly installed and sized spring, roped the drums, reinforced the top middle bracket, aligned, and made sure the system was all working properly with the opener. I couldn't be happier and it’s safe to say that I would count on him to get the job done if my garage door needed to be fixed again. Thanks, Larry!

Ended up replacing the garage attachments again in 2024. The ones he replaced NEVER worked correctly and he stop returning our calls.

I had 3 other estimates from other companies; only one company beat his pricing but Larry ultimately was more knowledgeable and gave me more confidence that he would do the job right. I will definitely be using him for any future work.

He inspect the door open and advised me of the problem. He returned late the same day to install the door. Great customer service worked was excellent and he made cleaned area before leaving. Great job.
