"This customer is upset because she wrote us a check on a closed bank account. When we tried cashing it, our bank notified of it being a closed account. We contacted her to make it right, she avoided us for days, it was not until we filed charges... But, she made it right. Now, she leaves a bad review and is saying we overcharged when she got four other estimates and we were the lowest!"
