One man operation operation with the experience, skills and knowledge to do it all but who prefers to focus on smaller urgent service calls for his growing customer base. Seems to charge flat rate for most calls. He undercut competitor estimate job by $125, and deemed a $375 recommended repair not necessary. His prices seemed fair, his response time was good he efficiently repaired toilet drain leak in my ceiling and I trusted his opinion. I will call him again in the future .
