Very pleased with my beautiful shutters, professional service, knowledgeable and friendly.

The workmanship on my new shutters was so poor that I thought they had a new employee that made them incorrectly. Instead, I found they deliberately cut corners making them. All hidden hinges were left hand side so the right-side hinge was at the center of the window. Split tilt rod was cut after installing them, leaving bare jagged metal ends. Magnets were cheap and too strong, causing them to be yanked in order to open the shutters. Owner stated they use 50 cent magnets instead of $5 magnets and don't have the time to switch their machine from left to right all the time for the hinge placement. Lastly, the 100% satisfaction guarantee is 100% no guaranteed satisfaction. Every time I talked to the owner, he spun a new story...one time telling me my 60 ft of shutters was like 1 pair of shoes in a shoe store and that they did 3,000 ft of shutters per week. Next discussion he would tell me he is a small business just trying to get by and couldnt possibly refund me my money. Total waste of money and I even had to pay to have them removed myself. Wish more people would provide honest reviews. Owner even asked me you arent going to leave a bad review, are you? Everyone should seriously think twice before using this company. Their advertisement statement of Hand crafted with passion for quality is totally false.

originally kept falling off track , but Anthony came out and fixed it . They are wonderful , responsive and would recommend and use them again. quality is 5 star and service would be 6 star
