Darrin came highly recommended by a neighbor and now we know why. He was easy to communicate with, answered all questions, documented each part of the job, and gave us a fair price. Crew showed up on schedule, worked their butts off, and cleaned up the site better than any other workers we've ever had at the house. They got our new roof done in record time. It took 14 months of negotiating with the insurance company, because of the extent of the damage, before we were ready to proceed. He and his crew performed an expert work on schedule, within budget and at a fair price. Above all, Darrin has been most cooperative and friendly, and resolved problems promptly and to mutual satisfaction, such as when we had unexpected rain during this roofing project. We can recommend LMR Improvements without any reservation and will used them again when a need arises.

Darren contacted me quickly, and scheduled the work to be done within a short period of time. The workers were amazing -they cleared and safeguarded our items on the deck and anywhere they felt they could be damaged. They worked tirelessly and were done within 2 days. Great company to work with. After receiving the quote, and hiring them Darrin gave me the website to choose our shingles. I called him back two weeks later to see when he would be replacing my roof , and he told me the job was done. That's service ! Great job work area was clean, he even told me he would come back with a magnet to see if there were nails left under the snow because he knows we have dogs. My Neighbors also wanted to know how we could get a contractor to do a complete tear off in the middle of winter. Don't hesitate to use them . His number will remain in my contacts.
